Keep Living is a community-focused initiative led by Serve South to support suicide prevention and mental health promotion across Camden, Glynn and Charlton Counties. Through education, outreach, and coordinated partnerships, this work focuses on early awareness, strengthening support systems, and improving access to care.
This initiative is supported through the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) and brings together community partners to address risk factors while building protective factors that support long-term well-being.
Mental health impacts every part of life, from relationships to daily functioning. Prevention efforts play a critical role in identifying needs early and ensuring individuals are supported before a crisis occurs.
Through collaboration with local partners, Keep Living works to create a more informed, responsive, and supportive community.
Support is available. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis or needs immediate assistance, help is available 24/7.
